We hired Campbell Painting to repair, resurface, and paint our deck. The deck at the house we had purchased had not been taken care of in over 10 years (according to a neighbor). We had people coming by for our son's birthday soon and they took care of everything so we would have a nice deck in time for our party. They were very fast, answered texts and calls right away, and took care of our concerns, and we have a great deck for this weekend. I have posted some before and after pics.
